Here is the April market recap for Stamford, covering sales across the first quarter of 2026. In total, 84 homes sold with a median sales price of approximately $1,050,000. Those homes sold on average about 6% above their original list price when priced correctly from the start — a slight uptick from 2025, when homes were typically selling around 5% over asking.

Compared to Q1 2025, when 105 homes sold, this year's volume represents about an 8% decline in total sales. However, pricing tells a different story: the median sales price jumped 13.4% year-over-year, making Stamford one of the stronger appreciation markets in the county heading into spring.
